If you’ve never had a class with the charismatic Robin Arjuna, the tendency to speak his mantra can warn you. But Peloton’s head coach and vice president of fitness programming has such an inspiring career journey, he can’t help but encourage others. “It’s all possible,” he tells Popsugar. “What if we put energy into faith instead of thinking? What if we ask ourselves what’s right with me?”

A former corporate attorney, she left the law in 2012 for her new love of fitness. What started out as a hobby turned into a successful second act. His platform exploded in 2014 after he initially joined Peloton. Today, he shuts down the number of one million Instagram followers, writes two best-selling books, and at the age of 40, has run more marathons than most people in life.

“The things I have longed for and prayed for [for] – and dreamed and dreamed and journaled about them – is now starting to bear fruit, “says Arjuna.” I also feel like I’m just getting started. So, it’s amazing to me that we can stay in that ‘both and’. We can be grateful and indifferently ambitious. ”

A new frontier for multi-hyphenates? Glasses. He has just collected a limited-edition capsule of sunglasses with DIFF, a brand that works with companies like Sightsavers to get eye tests, glasses, surgery and medications when needed. “I was very excited when the conversation started with my team because I have been a consumer of DIFF for many years now,” Arjun says. “I like charitable stuff. I’m actually running in a lot of them frames. Now I have to run within myself.”

“We can live that ‘both and’. We can be grateful and indifferently ambitious.”

Her collection has two styles, each available in three different color ways. La Reina features an angular large-sized shape, a distinctive crown pattern on the lens, a modern flat top and a thick metallic temple. “The inclusion of the crown is highly symbolic, not only because of the historical significance of a crown, but also because of that live value system of ‘Chin Up, Crown On’ which means style that is not involved for other areas of our lives,” he explains. “But of course, if you look good, even better. The Raina shield has a carved crown on the frame and I wanted to pour some of my Latin roots as well, so we got the Cuban link in shield style.” Meanwhile, La Jefa has an updated aviator style, featuring unique angular lenses, a smooth metal frame and top bar. A detachable gold chain surrounds the collection, ensuring that you can stylishly keep your sunscreen around.

Since Arjuna is all about life during that time, she’s just walking through the popsicles with summer essentials to shop. Whether you’re gym- or vacation-bound, check out Arjon’s packing list to see and feel your best this season and beyond.
