Olivia Rodrigo’s cutout minidress at the HSMTMTS S3 premiere

After her successful “Sour” tour run, Olivia Rodrigo is back on the red carpet. On Wednesday evening, the Grammy-winning pop star stopped by the “High School Musical: The Musical: The Series” season three premiere in Burbank, CA, reuniting with her costars, including her rumored ex Joshua Bassett. Rodrigo, who reprises his role as Nini in the new season, opted for his usual Y2K-inspired style in an all-black outfit.

She posed in a Nancy Dojaka number with a unique floral cutout and a mesh panel across the waist, styling the one-strap minidress with sheer black tights and sky-high Mary Jane platforms. For accessories, she once again gravitated to nostalgic pieces, including a leather collar-like choker by Dior, designer earrings that read “DIOR FOR PEACE,” and a mix of chunky rings. Bassett’s look complemented Rodrigo’s, as she rocked a satin cropped blazer and matching trousers over a simple black tank.

From her sparkling Versace dress and butterfly clip at the Met Gala to her vintage corseted Jean Paul Gaultier dress at the MTV Movie & TV Awards, Rodrigo’s 2000s-inspired fashion has become her signature look.

Albanian designer Dojaka’s alluring cutout dresses have been a popular choice for the red carpet lately. Joey King wore a strappy velvet version to the “Bullet Train” press circuit last week, while a month ago, Megan Fox wore an asymmetrical, two-toned pink dress to Machine Gun Kelly’s “Life in Pink” premiere. Zendaya also donned a custom look at the “Dune” premiere afterparty back in October, featuring sheer burgundy and mocha silk paired with black seams.
