Old Navy V-Neck Terry Swim Top and Bottom Eye Editor Review

The textured swimsuit is spending a moment, and I’ve been itching to try the trend. I’ve received many different bikinis and one-pieces (think: stretch wrinkle material and terrycloth) made with tactile fabrics from different brands, including high-end and extensive retailers. A that I Didn’t The Fed was expected to come across, though, the Old Navy. The favorite American brand is famous for its timeless pieces like denim and tees, so I didn’t expect to come across a terry-textured bikini in its new arrival section – but I’m sure. V-neck terry swim tops ($ 18, basically 35) and low-rise terry classic bikini swim bottoms ($ 18, basically $ 30), which I couldn’t resist running a test. My honest thoughts, go ahead.

What I like about this swimsuit

I ordered this swim top and bottom through my usual size and chose the royal blue color called “Catalyst Blue” (which I knew would perfectly match my favorite matching set. A few days later when it arrived, I couldn’t help but immediately terrycloth Run my hand over the texture it felt high quality and soft, just as I expected.

I was equally satisfied when I slipped it. The top and bottom offer medium coverage while still feeling youthful, and the fabric is stretched and thick (I promise it won’t be seen). I’m particularly obsessed with the top because it has a wide shoulder strap and removable moldable pad, two details that give it a sporty feel, which I personally like.

And finally, I like that this top can double as a crop top to go out. I tried mine the day before, with plans to go to the pool later, and decided to drop the denim shorts over the bottom. Roy: I’m definitely going to do it again soon, maybe even as a going-out top.

What is worth noting

Old Navy websites have an almost perfect five-star rating of tops and bottoms, and according to reviews, it is preferred by people of all ages, sizes and shapes. That said, I can’t think of a warning before adding it to your cart. One possible drawback is that it is not compatible, but I am willing to bet that it may fit perfectly with you once it arrives.

One thing I thought about after placing my order was how it would hold chlorine, especially because of its terry design. After diving into my apartment pool, I can’t say I noticed any difference in the drying process from the “normal” suit. One person who gave it a four-star review warned that it “stretches a bit when it gets wet”, but I haven’t noticed it yet.

For whom is this swimsuit best?

This swimsuit is best for those like me who are looking to embrace the textured swimsuit trend. But it’s also great for people looking for a sporty style with moderate coverage.
