Even as the Platinum Jubilee celebrations reached their final day, Kate Middleton’s style streak certainly didn’t lose its momentum. The Duchess of Cambridge Platinum Jubilee pageant features a glamorous Stella McCartney dress in a vibrant shade of pink, a ruffled top, voluminous sleeves and a midi skirt. With her hairstyle in her signature loose wave, she chose a pair of diamond earrings and pumps as finishing accessories.
The Platinum Jubilee Page marks the culmination of a four-day weekly event honoring the 70-year reign of Queen Elizabeth II in Britain. The festivities brought together several members of the royal family who wore eyeglasses for various ceremonies and activities. Middleton’s stylish attire is often seen on the queen’s body, which she apparently wears to distinguish herself from her royal subjects. The medium-length designer dress also captures a key element of Middleton’s style: the elegant stitching she wore throughout the weekend.
At first, she was stunned by Alexander McQueen blazer in Trooping the Color, a kickoff event marking the official birthday of the British sovereign for more than 260 years. Middleton chose to re-wear one of her favorite looks for the occasion, as she had previously photographed the design at a reception for G7 leaders in June 2021.
The next day, when he arrived at St. Paul’s Cathedral, he appeared in a pastel-yellow Emilia Weeksted midi dress with a Philip Tracy hat. Both parts reflect Prince Diana’s style: the first with a pair of diamond and sapphire earrings he owned, and the second soaked in a sunshine that he embraced for several appearances. Middleton continues to pay tribute to his late mother-in-law as he performs his royal duties.
