Kaley Cuoco tried out the Barbiecore trend on the Emmys red carpet, and she’s not afraid to mix up the fashion pack for special occasions. On Sept. 12, the “Flight Attendant” star arrived in a pink tulle high-low dress. The bodice of the gown, which featured a plunging neckline, was decorated with carnations in various shades of rose and pink tulle that cascaded over her skirt and down the dress’s voluminous train. With her boyfriend Tom Pelfrey by her side, Cuoco happily poses like a Barbie outside a limited-edition awards-show box.
“The dreamiest bubblegum punk rock ballerina dress,” she captioned a photo of the ensemble on Instagram, showing off the tutu miniskirt. Cuoco’s glam squad included stylist Brad Goreski, stylist Daniela Viviana Romero, makeup artist Jamie Greenberg and hairstylist Christine Simonds, who kept the look dreamy with a whimsical looped ponytail.
Cuoco accessorized the ballerina-esque outfit with a crystal-embellished clutch, heeled silver sandals by Stuart Weitzman, and Boucheron jewelry, with drop earrings that turned into giant pink gemstones. After the main carpet, the actor swapped his heels for a pair of white sneakers, adding a touch of casual flair to the glam ensemble.
The “Meet Cute” star wasn’t the only celebrity who brought her style on Monday. Other celebs who made grand entrances on the red carpet included Zendaya in a classic ballgown silhouette by Valentino, Lizzo in a red tulle ballgown from Giambattista Valley’s spring 2022 couture collection, Julia Garner in a velvet Gucci dress in a diamond-cut out shape, Andre, Miu Drive. Garfield in a white-hot Zegna suit and more.
