To kick off Hispanic Heritage Month, Jennifer Lopez participated in the “Rising Latina Voices” Chat in Rural America to talk to her peers on Sept. 17 at the Universal Studios Backlot. The multihyphenate star, who kicked off her second honeymoon in Italy’s Lake Como, styled an ivory Fendi three-piece pantsuit with voluminous Valentino tan-go platforms, making a sultry and sophisticated look definitely in her wheelhouse.
A cropped blazer, high-waisted pants and a sleeveless, backless vest, all teamed with a thin leather “FF” logo belt. Lopez piled on the gold jewelry, including chainlink drop earrings from Tiffany & Co., a delicate pendant necklace, stacks of bangles and matching rings. Her hairstyle was a throwback to the ’90s, pulled back into a messy braided bun by her hairstylist Chris Appleton. Makeup artist Scott Burns complemented the moment with smoky eyeshadow, glowy highlighter and a lightweight matte lip.
Meanwhile, Lopez’s stylists Rob Zangardi and Mariel Henn shared an additional accessory shot she didn’t carry on the red carpet: a structured, crescent moon-shaped hobo bag by Charles & Keith that costs $83 and is finished with gold hardware.
Lopez celebrated the occasion with a picture of the outfit on Instagram, writing, “Such an amazing time @andrea.jung ✨ talking to 400 Latina small business owners today.”
Of course, you could make a case for the 53-year-old star continuing to flaunt the bridal-white look in an effort to convey her post-wedding bliss, as she did the same in a breezy September 4 outing in Los Angeles. The white maxi dress, however, she wore a few days later in a striking, olive colored Cult Gaia halter dress.
Ahead, see Lopez’s pantsuit from every angle, then shop her pieces — including those affordable Charles and Keith purses.
