When creative director Nell Diamond launched Hill House Home’s nap dress collection in spring 2019, it went viral. Given that success, it was only a matter of time before Eli dropped spinoffs and variations on the signature silhouette. Fortunately, this now includes swimwear adorned with the same recognizable flutter sleeves.

Diamond, 33, was sure to create suits that balanced fashion and function, just like her impeccable dresses. The new swimwear line includes a popular pool skirt, designed for multiple activities including swimming, tennis and golf. Other standouts include the rosy one-piece, a scoopback maillot with a square neckline and ruffled sleeves, and the Aila top and bottom high-waisted bottom, all of which will be offered in fun, updated prints throughout the year.

“When designing our swimwear line, we took into account the things we look for in clothing and inform the rest of Hill House’s collection,” Diamond told PopSugar. “I wanted to create bathing suits that were fun, flattering and beautiful. I have three children and can wear our swimsuits and feel both my best and ready to take care of them – the same way I feel when we sleep. The clothes.”

All pieces are produced in LA and made from recycled materials: a sun-friendly Econyl fabric with UPF 50+ protection and sunscreen and chlorine stain safe. Sizes range from XS to XXL, and the highest priced product is the $125 maillot.

The POPSUGAR team got a chance to test out the swimwear in a variety of colors and prints, including the newly released gingham pattern. Keep scrolling to read five different reviews from the editors.
