Bella Hadid’s Nike Kitten Heel Boots at the Fendi Afterparty

As polarizing as they are, low-rise minis, latex cutouts and paper-bag trousers have nothing on Bella Hadid’s latest shoe choices. After walking in Fendi’s first show at New York Fashion Week celebrating Baguette’s 25th anniversary, the supermodel rocked the after party with boyfriend Marc Kalman. Wearing a hybrid shoe by Romanian designer Ancuta Sarca, Hadid rocked her usual effortless ease with an unexpected combination of electric-blue Nike sneakers, knee-high leather boots, and a kitten heel.

She kept her outfit pretty simple, letting her controversial footwear steal the spotlight. Comprising a corset top, shrug jacket and pleated miniskirt, the all-black leather ensemble was completed with an iconic baguette purse and yellow sunglasses. Before the party, Hadid appeared on the Fendi catwalk in collaboration with Tiffany & Co. in a plunging Tiffany-blue jumpsuit, as Kim Kardashian, Sarah Jessica Parker, La La Anthony and more A-listers looked on from the front row.

Since launching his label in 2019, Circa has been upcycling Nike trainers to create hybrid shoes, which have now become the designer’s signature. After being worn by megastars like Rihanna, Cher and Kim Kardashian, the one-of-a-kind heel is bound to divide the internet. Like the Balenciaga Crocs 2.0 that gave the famous mule a mule heel, Circa shoes can pack a punch. But perhaps it’s only a matter of time before this unique style becomes as cool as Birkenstocks or Croc heels, especially if the likes of Hadid buck the trend.

Ahead, take a closer look at the model’s full outfit.
